Hi, I'm Willie Scott, owner and master pitmaster with over 35 years of experience behind the smoker. Smoked with soul in San Antonio — I bring you bold flavor and authentic BBQ that makes every bite unforgettable.
Whether it's a tender brisket, perfectly smoked ribs, or a complete BBQ feast, I'm committed to making sure you taste the fire in every bite. Every piece of meat is hand-selected, seasoned with our signature rub, and slow-smoked to perfection.

We're open Tuesday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We're closed on Mondays and Sundays. Check our social media for daily locations and any schedule changes.

Yes! We offer full-service catering for events of 20 or more people. We can customize menus for weddings, corporate events, parties, and gatherings. Contact us for a quote.
How do I place an order?
You can order online through our Square ordering system. Click "Order Now" in the header or "Order on Square" in the order section. Orders can be picked up at our truck location.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, CashApp, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All major credit cards are welcome.
